The 24th China International Optoelectronic Exposition ended successfully at Shenzhen World Exhibition and Convention Center on September 8, 2023. At this exhibition, Opway Communication solemnly launched high-speed optical module products for the digital communication market. Products include 400G QSFP-DD SR8/FR4, 200G QSFP56 SR4/FR4, 200G QSFP-DD ER4, and also introduce 100G optical module products for medium and long distance transmission: 100G QSFP28ER4 /ZR4, 100G QSFP28 single wave series.
At the exhibition, Opway focused on showing 200G QSFP-DD ER4 high-speed optical module products, and made a live demonstration to customers. The 200G QSFP-DD ER4 optical module is the latest product developed for DCI long distance interconnection, aiming to solve the problem of replacing coherent optical modules to achieve cost reduction in the transmission within 40km of 200G networks. The module adopts hot-pluggable QSFP-DD package, 4-channel full-duplex transceiver integrated module, LC optical port, 4-channel cooling LAN-WDM EML transmitter and APD ROSA, based on DSP technology. The optical module complies with the QSFP-DD MSA and IEEE 802.3cn 200GBASE-ER4 Ethernet standards, conforms to the CMIS V4.0 protocol, and has excellent TDECQ and OMA sensitivity.
